About Tendee

  • What makes this different than a calendar invite or other event page?
    It's a single place to see all the information relating to an event, but with an emphasis on recurring events, you can easily see which dates you'll need to recruit others for, in addition to other key attendance management capabilities.
  • What else can it do?
    It has capacity limits per event, so the event can speak for itself whether guests are still needed or not; you can add a waitlist to an event to auto-respond when spots open up; and you only ever have to share one link, defaulting to the next upcoming event in the series.
    The latest feature is the ability to create a poll with all the details and the proposed dates; which can then be converted to events based on the most popular selected dates.
  • Can I connect this to my calendar?
    Yes! You'll be able to use the generated .ics file to connect to the calendar of your choice.
  • What does it cost?
    It's free for the first event, a small fee is required beyond that. Check out the available plans.
  • What inspired this project?
    On a newly formed volleyball team, I was struggling to plan for when people wouldn't be available and needed to recruit last minute subs. This project was built to simplify communications, better plan attendance, and proactively recruit throughout a season.
